### But Why Trust Me?

Here's the raw and unfiltered truth: At Thriftify, we initially burned through over $5M in funding in a quest to find that golden niche product. We hired a massive engineering team, poured funds into sales—but the traction wasn't there.

Then came the pivotal moment: we pivoted and embraced a bootstrapping, indie hacker approach. We transformed Thriftify into a niche micro-SaaS solution. We built the MVP in just four weeks, launched it, and started seeing revenue within the initial 10 weeks. It was a staggering revelation.

My journey through this pivot taught me invaluable lessons about every stage of SaaS app building—from ideation to design, development, distribution, and scaling. AI automation and No code tools have made app building democratised, so anyone with a idea can turn it into a reality. In spite of this, failure is still highly likely without proper distribution and marketing. To make it a hit, founders have to know every step of launching a SaaS

Thriftify started from $0 MRR. We scaled to $1k, then $10k, and we’re targeting $2M ARR by 2025. Next up is PostInLoop, a project I’m also aiming to scale to multi-million monthly recurring revenue—and guess what? I’ll share every bit of my journey with you.
